I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel located inside a historic fort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with impressive views of a Jainist temple. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a memorable experience. The hotel also offered great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. this hotel provided a wonderful atmosphere and a true sense of the history and heritage of the surrounding area.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Excellent hotel & “Fantastic camel safari” We spent 4 days in this lovely Great, friendly service in small Haveli style budget hotel and we keep a very positive feeling. The rooms are very clean, beautifully furnished. There are only 8 rooms so you can expect a truly incredible service from everybody out there, including the hotel owner who will make your stay comfortable. Super team of staff always present and helpful. The amazing hospitality starts right after check-in when guests are offered free tea, coffee or water and continuous during the whole stay. While this is certainly not the huge cost factor, it is a very generous gesture. A real highlight (camel safari) of our 6 mths in India. We did a 3 day 2 nights sleeping under the stars trek with deep mahal and enjoyed every minute of it. Our excellent camel driver/chef/guide/friend Pappu was great, he cooked amazing food in the middle of no where and was accommodating to our requests. In short a great trip and would do it again in a second And after all, the prices in this hotel are more than fair. Very good value and a rare opportunity to feel "at home"
Don’t expect very luxury. This is best budget hotel in imagine fort of jaisalmer.

The rooms look nice.
There is no parking at all inside the fort (where the hotel is situated), the fee-parking is outside the fort. Do not book any Camel-/Desert- Safari, the reviews in german are extremely bad. The guys are not trustworthy, so do not go on safari with them. It is very dirty and bad smelling inside the fort, so it would be better to take a hotel outside the fort. The restaurant (kitchen) is very dirty and you should not consider eating there. The tours are definitely overpriced. The hotelmanager Yogi was lying continuously.

This little boutique hotel inside the "living fort is one of my most favorite hotels (would recommend to anyone who is looking for a budget hotel with style) in the entire india! The manager (yogie) and his young staff who run the hotel made us feel at home immediately. The hotel is small but has everything you need Our room was amazing with a private balcony and an amazing view of the small street. Other old style decorated room and the stylish bathroom, everything is very good and clean. The staff was so friendly, and it never seemed fake or forced. I can't put into words how great this place and all people is. There was free wifi available also. You do not have to "think" about anything. The breakfasts were so delicious. We loved our camel safari trip with deep mahal also. We did the 'non touristic' package, which really was off the beaten track - The ride on camel was a memorable experience The camel driver were very kind and helpful Our guide mathar was one of the nicest people we've met on our trip so far, very important thing ifeel best………Some of his work and information will be most useful for living happily in the middle of nowhere.….Wonderful people, great experience -- highly recommended.

The rooms were not only spacious, but also had a stunning view of the Jainist temple. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, providing early check-in after a long journey and even arranging a camel safari in the desert. The breakfast served at the rooftop restaurant was delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Nice looking place the middle of a fort. Helpful staff. Nt trying to push services but at request arranged a very good price car to Udaipur and got up at 6 am to walk us to the car. Nice rooftop view and great food.
Hot water pressure is variable. Old house makes for fierce echo and it is not so quiet.

This hotel has a great location, near many attractions and convenient for a city trip. The staff is very welcoming and ready to help you with everything you need. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I also appreciated the authentic local dishes served at breakfast.
The Wi-Fi can be slow at times and there are occasional power outages. the tours offered by the hotel can be quite expensive compared to other options.

The hotel has a prime location inside a historic fort, offering stunning views of the Jainist temple from the rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make guests feel welcomed and at home, just like a family. The attention to detail is commendable, with the staff taking the time to explain the preparation of their special homemade Lassi, which has become a must-try experience for anyone visiting. Additionally, the basic amenities provided are of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Everything was fantastic, no improvements needed.

Our room had an amazing carved sandstone wall from the original fort. This is a true heritage location right next to a Jain temple. The staff was great and welcoming.

The location was good and the view from the rooftop was nice. The camel safari guide Sarif was amazing- so happy and friendly!
The place was nice, but was way too expensive compared to many other places we have stayed. The information given regarding camel safari was misleading, expensive for what was delivered and we were pushed into the most expensive safari.

I spent my Easter vacation at a hotel in Rajasthan. I liked that they had good laundry service and they organized camel safaris, which was really fun. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. From my room, I could enjoy a view of the town. Moreover, the owner was very kind to offer us chai in the morning.
The room I stayed in was terrible and was not as described and smelled bad. The cleaning service was not up to par and the room was filled with dust. They did not give us the promised tour as advertised, and we were disappointed with the overall experience. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Deep mahalPerfect well located small hotel. Here all the people went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Clean rooms and the most comfortable in budget hotel . Bathrooms are very big and clean too. Service: out of this world! Boss anticipated our every want, chai and coffee miraculously appeared on the table, every request was answered with a "why not?" and promptly served. Every staff spoke english and had a sense of pride in his work. we did a one night camel safari with deepmahal and it was awesome. the camel boy were EXTREMELY accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. He asked all the time for many thing for made sure that all of us were safe. The food was fantastic. They really are as good as everyone says and a camel trek is one of the most exciting ways to see the desert of Jaisalmer. Strongly recommend it.
Restaurant is ok.
